"Before the final grain can fall, the sands of time flow backwards and the struggle for rebirth begins..."
Announced about a month ago, precious little is still known about Fate of Ages. Featuring a blend of real-time and turn-based combat, its biggest draw currently is its anime-themed designs. A mainly single-player game, players will purportedly have a wide selection of options for customization, with over 40 different jobs available to characters. Its story will also take place across six different ages, three of which we have just learnt are the Age of Tears, Age of Pride and the Age of Gears. In an attempt to reveal more, we nabbed Paul Dolhai of Onisoft for a little Q&A via e-mail. However keep in mind that nothing has been set in stone, especially the story elements / names.
Paul was also nice enough to provide us with some very nice screenies, which you should find somewhere in the next page. For higher-res versions of the exclusive screenshots, download em' here. Or else feel free to sign up at the Fate of Ages message board, which should release them soon enough in their exclusive content board.
