Case  :  AOpen - HQ08
Comments  :  EY! i love all these mods on this site! i guess I'm among the minority that dosen't have anything in it yet :D, but anyway, this case is not yet finished (will it ever? guess not), got add a fanbus and some other kewl switches, the 80mm fan in the front is going to be removed...(maybe placed somewhere else) and some blue leds will also be added. There is one funny thing... I saw alot of HQ08's everywhere when i Bought mine.. but everyone of em' had that standard ugly blue color... so i painted mine black ... well cool.. then after about one day after i have painted it black.. i saw TWO cases that was paintad black.. idiots *grummble*..

Keep on moddin'! And btw all you Swedish modders out there, a swedish modsite is soon coming up, so sen lots of nice case mods to me!

Comments  :  Me and my budz decided to go all out. These are both of our cases. Mine is the old skool Enlight, and his is the generic case but a really nice case. Mine houses a Duron 650@970 on a KT7-R GF2-MX.The 2 fans on mine are 120mm Nidec Beta V's, 114CFM each, and very loud.. His is a P3 450@450, voodoo3 2000. I just now getting him into computers and how they work, and his case is just the beginning. Next he will have a blowholes and some overclockin. And already in the works for him is his custom made rig, out of wood and plexi. He is almost a pro furniture builder, so it should be awesome.

Comments  :  Duron 650 @ 901Mhz, Abit KT7, 256MB PC133 mem., GeForce2 Ultra, SB Live Digital, 40GB Maxtor HD. First attempt, so just a paint and blowhole mod on this one. Will still be adding a fanbus to it and will then become my home server. Busy workming on a new one now - planning to do all the stuff I didn't on this one, including window. Big thanks to EvilSurd and OtherMom for helping out on this one.

These pictures are a little old, since then I have finished installing all the internal components for my Case Mod which I did over a period of 5 months. The 2 front 5,25" bays are home to a internal case temperature readout and two switches, one for the 80 mm Blowhole fan and the other for the 12" Purple neon light, above that is a Just Cooler twin fan unit. My other fans are 80 mm one front and one rear plus a Startech PCI exhaust fan. The purple v-shaped panel also lights up using a 12v mini bulb, that and the neon light are powered by using a separate AC\DC adapter and to finish it off a blue LED for power and red for the hard drive.

E-Mail  :  hellfire@os.dk
Site  :  N/A
Case  :  Addtronics - 6896A
Comments  :  I'm a danish modder and this is my first case-mod. It's an Addtronic 6896a case, thunderbird 800@924 with an crome orb on top of it. One 92 mm fan blowing air directly on the cpu and one 120 mm fan. The most important thing to mention it's very soundproof. The inside of the case is covered with a soundproof material and the fans are ofcause very silent. It won't go over 20 db when the case is closed. Nice!! To increase the airflow all cables are rounded.
