At the time of these pictures the machine was a CUSL2c wit a Celeron II 800/100 overclocked to 1.2ghz. That is a ceiling fan for a bathroom. Tempurature never got above 109*F. The machine is currently a TUA266 with PIII 866/133. Motherboard is getting replaced by a MSI asap. The machine is currently water cooled with 99% home made items. case isn't done yet i'll send pics when it is.
Ths flash on my camera washed out the blue light alot... My system is a P3 Celeron 1.0 Ghz OC'd to 1.2 Ghz, it's a dual monitor (I LOVE dual monitors!!!), Tri-Boot (Win 98, Win 2k, WinXP Pro), Nice logitech surround sound, 60 gig HD, 32x/12x/48x Burner, 16x DVD, I got some Glow-In-the-Dark Rounded IDE cables, 100 Meg ZIP, 2 TNT 2's (1 is a 32 Meg, the other 16 Meg), FAST satellite internet. Now all I have to do is set up a switch for my light and probably paint it...(BIG scrach on the side...) I really like this little machine, it does good 4 me 8-)
The red-painted case is obviously 'Fire', and the blue one 'Ice'. The cases are both customised Lian-li PC70's with side and top windows, 'Godsmack' logo, applique and additional fans/grills.

Well that sums it up but remember sure it looks nice but it's whats under the hood that counts.
Call it a WinMac. The idea was to take a iMac case and replace the internals with standard off-the-shelf PC components and make them fit with the least amount of modding. Then make the operating system look as close to Mac OSX as possible. Why? Because I can. The original internal speakers, power light, power button, and front headphone jacks work. The side ports panel is stock along but the internal microphone has been replaced with a blue LED for hard drive activity. Since this is my first mod, making everything work was hours of trial and error. It was definitely a learning experience and currently I have a grape slot loading iMac ready for a bigger, better mod but I'll wait a while before jumping into that project. Probably the most memorable comment I received about this mod was from a coworker saying I have "balls" from dropping just over $400 dollars on a LCD just to strip it for a project with no idea if it's going to work or not.
I spent about 4 hours cutting this dragon out with my dremal tool, and inhaled a lot of tiny metal shavings. It was also my design with a few outside inspirations. I feel please with my first mod.
