Coolmaster Fan on the CPU, Fan on PCI slot of 20 CFM, Fan of case of 35CFM. I made the hole with a dremel and a normal disc for metal, I cutted the plexiglass with all kind of object but the best was also the dremel. I sanded it after with a fin sandpaper. I add a cheap neon that costed 15$ at HomeDepot and taped it. I made an hole for the wire and one in the botton for the switch. I add a Buick Regal Limited Edition 1993 symbol and some MONO black exterior for the sealing of the glass because I didn't find the real thing to do it like you guys in the shops here in Quebec city.
