Comments  :  When I upgraded my PC to a Duron, I planned to trash my old Celeron in the bin. And there it went - and it went GOOD! It became what I call "Oscar's Revenge". Though it is only a Celeron 466@525 on an Asus P3B-F with 128MB, nVIDIA, SB16, vertical(!) mounted 12 GB HD, LS drive and Teac cd-rom, it is quite an eyecatcher on LAN-Parties. Things to come are more fans, some kind of painting (green?) and lots of LEDs.

Comments  :  Old Scanner + P166 w/64 mb RAM = Scanner MP3 Entertainment BOX! I had spare parts laying around and I wanted to have an mp3 box in my living room so I made this cool case out of an old scanner that Pimplicant gave me. It is a P166 with 64megs of RAM, 8meg ATI tv-out video card, 3com NIC and 4.3 gig hard drive. This is used to play mp3s, reached an uptime of 49 days (too bad it was running unpatched version of WIndows 98 so it locked up). There are many more things to be done, including LED's, reset button, build in speakers and more plexi glass.....

Comments  :  My first mod, it's a playstation controller/memory port bezel mod. I'm following the specs at http://www.gamesx.com/mccap/ I'm using a 1k potentiometer and voltage regulator to get 3.6 volts that the unit needs (instead of trying to step it down with a led) I'll post a how-to on my site when I'm done.
